Inesperadament ha sorgit al barri de<strong> Vullpalleres<\/strong> el nou restaurant que sota aquest nom proposa una cuina de fusi\u00f3 mediterr\u00e0nia i asi\u00e0tica, f\u00e0cil i molt adaptada a la imposada tend\u00e8ncia de compartir. Els seus plats, una divertida i informal aposta per les tapes cl\u00e0ssiques i el concepte de street food, atrauen especialment a joves, d\u2019entre vint-i-cinc i trenta anys, l\u2019edat mitjana de l\u2019equip de Vol\u00e0til. Els germans <strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel i Claudia Casaj\u00fas<\/strong> han confiat en els seus amics \u201cde tota la vida\u201d, els xefs <strong>Marc Espino i Nil Alfajeme<\/strong>, recenment llicenciats, per posar en escena les seves creacions, inspiracions que triomfen a les xarxes socials des del primer dia. Instagram \u00e9s el seu principal mitj\u00e0 de comunicaci\u00f3, com no podria ser d\u2019una altra manera, la croqueta de niguiri d\u2019Idiazabal arrebossat amb panko, salm\u00f3 i ceba caramel\u00b7litzada aconsegueix tants likes com els calamarsets a la planxa amb reducci\u00f3 de la seva tinta, o les patates braves amb allioli i salsa picant, tres dels seus plats fixes, que acompanyen altres propostes canviants, entren i surten un m\u00ednim de tres suggeriments cada setmana, per sorprendre i no avorrir. Els colors negre i vermell d\u2019inspiraci\u00f3 japonesa dominen a la decoraci\u00f3 del local, tant sobri com contundent.
