Una ampliaci\u00f3 en les instal\u00b7lacions de l\u2019establiment ha perm\u00e8s incorporar les t\u00e8cniques culin\u00e0ries necess\u00e0ries per a<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>dissenyar una nova carta amb acompanyaments tan sofisticats com les esferificacions de moniatos i els esponjosos d\u2019olivada,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>els ous fregits i \u201cuna manera de tractar el producte fresc i de temporada altament innovadora alhora que rigorosa, si un demi-glace necessita una reducci\u00f3 de dos dies, es fa, sense cap problema\u201d, expliquen els propietaris del Sab\u00e0tic. La bona not\u00edcia \u00e9s que les noves creacions es podran degustar al men\u00fa del migdia, posant a disposici\u00f3 dels comensals una proposta d\u2019alta cuina al preu m\u00e9s que assequible de 13,90 \u20ac.
