Per obrir boca, ens han servit un foie caramel\u00b7litzat amb melmelada de violetes que \u00e9s un gust pels paladars oberts i unes bon\u00edssimes croquetes d\u2019\u00e0nec<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>acompanyades amb codony i fruits del bosc. Tot seguit, l\u2019amanida de stracciatela\u00a0de burrata amb sardina fumada, tom\u00e0quets dol\u00e7os i pist\u00f3 de festucs, tant est\u00e8tica com <strong>lleugera<\/strong>. Un interessant pre\u00e0mbul dels plats principals, un tastet de tataki\u00a0 de salm\u00f3 <strong>Suke<\/strong> amb notes de salsa de soja i s\u00e8sam, un canel\u00f3 de brandada de bacall\u00e0 molt gust\u00f3s i les aletes de pollastre desossades amb ceba caramel\u00b7litzada i un toc de curri molt suau, d\u2019una elaboraci\u00f3 espectacular. I per acabar, una selecci\u00f3 de formatge manxec, d\u2019all\u00f2 m\u00e9s bo. Tot acompanyat d\u2019un <strong>Ribera<\/strong> de la completa selecci\u00f3 de vins de la carta, que ha arrodonit una vetllada molt agradable a la terrassa d\u2019aquest restaurant que sorprenentment m\u2019havia passat desapercebut fins ara. Cal destacar el servei: discret, r\u00e0pid i amable. Us animo a escollir Vulcano.
