El servei, amable i professional, explica cadascun dels plats d\u2019una mida ideal per a compartir, amb una narrativa que et fa dubtar, ja que els escolliries tots. En una mena de festa culin\u00e0ria, la selecci\u00f3 que presento en aquest article est\u00e0 formada per una original amanida de cecina amb una suau vinagreta de mostassa, alberg\u00ednia a la flama amb mel i amb salsa de iogurt i <strong>dukka<\/strong>, molt melosa i especiada, coca de farina integral amb ceba confitada, albercoc hidratat i sobrassada, gustosa i deferent, tajine de pop a la brasa amb el seu encertat acompanyament, molt tendre, cuit al seu punt, i tacos de vedella a la planxa amb foie, una combinaci\u00f3 admirable. Per endolcir el fest\u00ed, cheesecake de xocolata, original i sabor\u00f3s, i pera a la taronja i safr\u00e0 amb crema catalana i crumble, una de les combinacions m\u00e9s aconseguides amb la que ens
