Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha d\u2019assegurar el calci, els greixos de qualitat, com l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, les llavors i per \u00faltim els fruits secs.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 20\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong>Algun aliment prohibit?<\/strong> S\u2019hauran de disminuir els farinacis, com la pasta, el pa i els cereals, aix\u00ed com controlar tots els superflus com els dol\u00e7os, les salses, l\u2019alcohol, i els aperitius de diumenges a base de fregits poc saludables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9s important no saltar-se cap \u00e0pat?<\/strong> Pautar un dej\u00fa intermitent s\u2019est\u00e0 veient com una eina que pot resultar efectiva, per\u00f2 s\u2019ha de fer de manera correcta i controlada per un professional de la salut<\/p>\n<p><strong>Algun complement o remei natural?<\/strong> El tr\u00e8vol \u00e9s adient per la descompensaci\u00f3 hormonal, la s\u00e0lvia per la sufocaci\u00f3, el ll\u00fapol per l\u2019ansietat, l\u2019insomni i el nerviosisme, l\u2019oli d\u2019onagre, i, per \u00faltim, l\u2019omega 3 per problemes inflamatoris.
