Pensem, per exemple, quan \u00e9rem nadons i gir\u00e0vem sobre nosaltres mateixos, panxa amunt, les mans agafant les plantes dels peus, fins a arribar a seure, per a continuaci\u00f3 caminar a quatre potes i finalment acabar dempeus per a comen\u00e7ar a caminar. Tornem a reaprendre sense esfor\u00e7 aquells moviments aun vam aprendre quan erem nadons. Aquest va ser el terreny d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 del cient\u00edfic, enginyer, i mestre de judo i arts marcials israeli\u00e0, <strong>Mosh\u00e9 Feldrenkrais<\/strong>, qui va crear el m\u00e8tode propi que s\u2019ensenya arreu del m\u00f3n.\u00a0 A <strong>Sant Cugat<\/strong>, una de les seves impulsores m\u00e9s entusiastes \u00e9s <strong>Itziar Fenollar<\/strong>. Formada en l\u2019exigent M\u00e8tode Feldenkrais, basat en una s\u00e8rie de lli\u00e7ons que repassen millers de moviments per entendre i optimitzar el cos, aquesta exballarina i actriu professional, guia als seus alumnes a trav\u00e9s de les sessions i tallers que imparteix presencialment a la <strong>Casa de Cultura<\/strong>, per aprendre a organitzar el moviment de forma m\u00e9s efica\u00e7, creant consci\u00e8ncia de com es fan les coses. Els exercicis, que neixen des del terra, la gravetat, que actua com a suport, consisteixen a revisar diferents patrons apresos al llarg de la vida a trav\u00e9s de les anomenades <strong>ATM<\/strong> \u2013 autoconsci\u00e8ncia del moviment \u2013, per canviar tot all\u00f2 que no \u00e9s ideal per moure\u2019t de manera f\u00e0cil i fluida, sense tensi\u00f3, ni dolor.
