{"id":6429,"date":"2023-12-25T08:06:29","date_gmt":"2023-12-25T08:06:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flashmagazines.es\/nova\/?p=6429"},"modified":"2025-10-28T09:51:15","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T09:51:15","slug":"clorawfila-presenta-una-autentica-orgia-pels-sentits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flashmagazines.es\/nova\/clorawfila-presenta-una-autentica-orgia-pels-sentits\/","title":{"rendered":"Clorawfila presenta una aut\u00e8ntica festa pels sentits"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una manera m\u00e9s sana de gaudir la xocolata<\/h2>\n<p>La percepci\u00f3 dels sentits s&#8217;aguditza i immediatament la boca se tomple de saliva pensant en el delici\u00f3s tast que m&#8217;espera.<\/p>\n<p>Clorawfila \u00e9s una casa que elabora pastisseria lliure de gluten, que no cont\u00e9 proteina d&#8217;ou, sucre refinat ni lactosa i, en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de xocolates, usa el procediment Bean to bar (de la fava a la rajola) sota l&#8217;etiqueta del comer\u00e7 just.<\/p>\n<p>Obro la capsa de fusta on hi ha tres varietats de bombons.\u00a0Una amb pralin\u00e9 d&#8217;avellana ecol\u00f2gica (de gust molt intens i textura finament granulada), una segona amb crema de vainilla (de\u00a0gustos ben mesclats i un final lleugerament \u00e0cid), i l&#8217;\u00faltima amb xocolata negra i gelea de taronja (on destaca inicialment l&#8217;acidesa de la taronja, suavitzada a mesura que es va fonent la xocolata).<\/p>\n<p>Quan delecto els sentits amb una trufa de cacau pur, destaca rapidament l&#8217;amargor del cacau en pols que la recobreix.<\/p>\n<p>La barra bomb\u00f3 de quicos amaga dins d&#8217;una cobertura de xocolata una crema cruixent i trufada que, en mastegar-la, va alliberant la salabror del blat de moro torrat. S\u00f3n com petites espurnes de sal que brillen entre la mescla de xocolates.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, em disposo a tastar els tres pastissos crudivegans, cuits a una temperatura m\u00e1xima de 42 \u00b0C, sota la filosofia del Raw Food. Tots tres tenen una textura forca lleugera.<\/p>\n<p>El primer \u00e9s de xocolata i coco, cobert d&#8217;una capa de cacau en pols i una mica de festuc triturat que apareix com una nota final de tast. El segon s&#8217;assembla a una mousse de fruits vermells sota una capa de melmelada de gerds i reposat damunt una base flonja de fruits secs.
