Com indica el mateix nom del restaurant, els fogons i la brasa s\u00f3n la base d\u2019una cuina saborosa i de qualitat, que dia a dia es guanya la fidelitat dels seus clients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fa dos anys i tres mesos que Marc Arias va posar en marxa aquest restaurant al centre de Sant Cugat i el temps est\u00e0 validant la seva aposta. Fins al punt que fa uns mesos, veient que a la majoria dels serveis omplien les taules, va decidir-se a ampliar el local. \u201cAl principi ho feia gaireb\u00e9 tot jo: a part de propietari era alhora cuiner, cambrer i cap de sala.
