Ho he comprovat al llarg dels anys, tant a nivell f\u00edsic com emocional i mental. Practicar activitat f\u00edsica habitualment ajuda a tenir m\u00e9s energia, a prevenir malalties i a enfortir el cos. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9, i aix\u00f2 sovint s\u2019oblida, et dona equilibri emocional, millora l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim i ajuda a reduir l\u2019estr\u00e8s i l\u2019ansietat. Per mi, despr\u00e9s d\u2019una sessi\u00f3 d\u2019esport, sigui intensa o lleugera, la sensaci\u00f3 de benestar \u00e9s immediata.<\/p>\n<p>Cada vegada tenim m\u00e9s evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica que confirma aquesta realitat: l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica regular \u00e9s una de les millors eines de prevenci\u00f3 i tractament de nombroses malalties. Hipertensi\u00f3, diabetis, problemes cardiovasculars o dolors articulars poden millorar o fins i tot evitar-se amb h\u00e0bits esportius. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que avui ja no parlem nom\u00e9s de \u201cfer esport\u201d, sin\u00f3 de \u201cprescriure esport\u201d com a part fonamental de la salut.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, trobo una bona not\u00edcia que el Govern de Catalunya hagi posat en marxa la <em>Recepta medicoesportiva<\/em>, una prova pilot pionera que vol integrar l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica com a eina dins del sistema sanitari. El projecte preveu que els i les metges puguin prescriure programes d\u2019exercici adaptats a les necessitats de cada pacient, igual que es recepten medicaments.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa ja s\u2019est\u00e0 provant en diversos centres d\u2019atenci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria i t\u00e9 l\u2019objectiu de millorar la qualitat de vida i reduir la despesa sanit\u00e0ria a mitj\u00e0 i llarg termini. La idea \u00e9s clara: davant malalties cr\u00f2niques i problemes de salut derivats del sedentarisme, l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica pot ser part de la soluci\u00f3. I que sigui el mateix sistema de salut qui en faci bandera \u00e9s una aposta innovadora i valenta.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019esport \u00e9s, i ser\u00e0 cada vegada m\u00e9s, una recepta de vida.
